ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Any online order that totals more than Rs. 200 in their cart is eligible to be processed.
TProcessing takes one to five business working days on average.
TThere may be a little delay in processing during holidays or popular sales.
Note that the first business day following the order placement is Day 1.

DELIVERY TIME:

right after processing, your order will be picked up from our warehouse by our logistics partner.
Delivery time: 1–7 working days, depending on where you live.

TBULK ORDER INFORMATION:

Please email support@wildsecretnaturals.com with inquiries about corporate gifting, retailing, and bulk orders.
Order processing requires full payment.
Lead time for processing bulk orders is seven business days.

FREEBIES AND COUPONS:

Depending on the cart value/quantity, or particular products of your order, you can receive coupons or freebies.
Discount coupons and freebies cannot be combined.
It is not possible to combine two promo codes for a single order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND MODIFICATIONS:

We can assist you in making changes to an order until it leaves the warehouse, once it has been placed and confirmed.
There won't be a refund during the sale period unless there are any inconsistencies.
At our sole discretion, we have the right to reject or cancel any order.
Order cancellations may be caused by misprints, inaccurate product or pricing information, or a lack of stock.
In order to guarantee maximum satisfaction and efficient settlement of any inconsistencies, clients must videotape the unpacking of their received order.

2.STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES:

Standard shipping fees apply to all foreign orders and will be charged at the time of purchase.

3.CUSTOM CHARGES AND DUTIES:

Be aware that, the customer, will be responsible for paying any applicable tariffs, VAT fees, and customs costs when placing an overseas order. It is your duty as an importer to adhere to your nation's customs laws and regulations.

4.REFUSAL OF CHARGED ORDERS:

If an order has customs duties associated with it and you decline delivery because of the costs, the package will have to be destroyed by the authorities. Regretfully, we are unable to provide a refund in these circumstances.

5.UNBOXING VIDEOS FOR DISCREPANCIES:

In order to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction, we ask clients to videotape their order being unpacked in case there are any differences. This will enable us to appropriately address any problems and offer solutions.

6.RARE OCCURRENCE OF EXTRA CHARGES:
